Balancing Dreams and Reality: My Journey from Employee to Entrepreneur at 38

Hello, I'm Girl Boss, and this October marks my 38th birthday. Right now, as I write this article, I'm seated in a room with 15-20 colleagues, working a job that pays me a monthly rate enough to pay for my acceptable daily living.
